What to expect when you work with us. Every step designed to make you feel like a client, not a job number.
Your Initial Enquiry
Tell us about your home and your project. Every enquiry is reviewed by our team personally — not a call centre, not a chatbot. You will receive a call back within two hours. We take the time to understand what you are trying to achieve before recommending anything.
The Survey
One of our certified engineers visits your home at the agreed time in full uniform. They listen first, ask the right questions, document everything photographically, and leave without guessing at a price. We believe in doing this properly.
Your Written Specification
Within twenty-four hours you receive a professionally prepared written specification. Not a number on a text message. A formal document that specifies exactly what will be done, what materials will be used, which brands, which standards, and what the outcome will be. You will also receive options — because we believe every client deserves to make an informed choice.
The Installation
Your named engineer and team arrive punctually. Dust sheets go down before tools come out. You receive photo updates throughout. Nothing changes without your written approval. Every day ends with a site tidy and a brief client update.
The Handover
The job is complete. Before we leave we sit with you, walk through every area of work, demonstrate every system we have installed, and present your formal AHS Handover Pack — the complete documented record of everything done in your home.
Ongoing Relationship
